Reservation requests and general inquiries are addressed during normal business hours - Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm.
WAGBIZ SERVICES
Pet Sitting and Dog Walks at Your Home
We offer whatever your pet needs – fresh food/water, playtime, a walk, and of course plenty of loving care.
An in home consultation is required prior to pet sitting services. This is a fun time to meet and greet, discuss your pets needs and instructions, and complete a WagBiz client agreement and Veterinary release form. This initial consultation is free of charge and should take approximately 30 minutes.

Rates:
$18 per 20-30 minute visit (For up to 2 pets) within our Port St. John service area.* **
$25 per 45 minute visit (For up to 2 pets)* **
$20 per 20-30 minute visit (For up to 2 pets) within our extended service area.* **
$27 per 45 minute visit (For up to 2 pets)* **
$3 additional for each pet over the 2 pet limit per visit.
A $3 fuel fee may be charged per visit.
Please Note:
**Reservations should be made at least 48 hours (Two full days) in advance to avoid additional rush service fees. A $10 rush service fee charge per visit will apply to reservations with less than 48 hours notice.
**Cancellation fees: Full payment is due for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.
**30% of your reservation fee is due at the time of your reservation and is non-refundable.
* WagBiz services are available on a first come first serve basis. Weekends and holidays (including days following and after) are of great demand. Please plan accordingly.
Pet Transportation Services
We offer a taxi service for your pets appointments. We will pick up and drop off your pets from their daycare/veterinary/groomer appointments.
Rates:
Starting at $30 for up to a 1 hour round trip within our service area - includes one pick up and return to your home.
Emergency Vet Transport and service starts at $60 per trip.
Pet Concierge Services
We can shop and pick up food and supplies for your pets or perform pooper scooper services.
Rates:
$25 per trip up to 30 minutes - does not include supplies purchased.

Pet CPR and First Aid Certified
For your convenience we except the following forms of payment:
Cash, and Personal Check
